Davit Kakulia

Dr. David Kakulia is a teaching assistant of SDSU Georgia’s electrical engineering program. Dr. Kakulia is also the director of the LEPL research institute “Optica” and associate professor of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Tbilisi State University. In the past he has served as head of the Research Department of Radiophysics and Electronic Systems Modeling at Sukhumi Institute of Physics and Technology, as well as head of Laboratory Applied Electrodynamics at Tbilisi State University. He received a Master of Physics with honors from the Sokhumi Branch of Tbilisi State University and later, a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics from the same institution.
