Kevin Siefert

Course: PHIL 101; PHIL 332

I am a lecturer of philosophy for San Diego State University. My main interests pertain to the Continental tradition of the twentieth century, Existentialism, Ancient Greek philosophy, and Environmental philosophy. I've been teaching abroad with San Diego State University Georgia for a few years now, and have been teaching introductory courses in Ethics as well as an upper-division course in Environmental Ethics. Aside from teaching these courses, I have also been hosting a weekly Feminist Film Series for the students of SDSU-G, as well as a weekly reading club. I firmly believe in the Ancient Greek tradition that philosophy needs to be done within a community.
